Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

Cleaning services under the CoralClean brand are provided by AELIRA LTD (Cyprus company registration HE 490977), 9 Karpenisiou, Strovolos, 2021 Nicosia, Cyprus ("we", "us"). Contact: info@coralcleanpaphos.com · WhatsApp +357 99 255 303.

2. Early-bird list & launch offer

• Joining the early-bird list is free and creates no obligation to buy anything.
• The −30% launch discount applies to the price of your first clean booked after we open (August 2026). One discount per household or property.
• We confirm bookings personally on WhatsApp before anything is charged. No payment is taken on this website.

3. Quotes and prices

Prices shown by the online calculator are instant estimates based on the details you provide. The final price is confirmed before the clean and may be adjusted if the property differs materially from the description (e.g. size, condition, extra rooms). All prices are in euro (€). Where VAT applies, it is stated on the quote or invoice.

4. Bookings, access and cancellation

• You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time (key, lockbox code or presence on site).
• Cancellations or reschedules are free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations, or failed access on arrival, may be charged up to 50% of the agreed price.
• Payment is due after the clean, by cash or bank transfer, unless agreed otherwise in a written service agreement.

5. Our work and insurance

• Our cleaners are background-checked and our work is covered by liability insurance.
• If you are not satisfied, tell us within 24 hours (photos help) and we will re-clean the areas concerned free of charge. This is our primary remedy.
• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of the clean. Our liability is limited to direct property damage caused by our negligence, up to the limits of our insurance policy; we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or fragile items not disclosed in advance.

6. Regular clients

For recurring turnovers, property managers and offices, a separate written service agreement applies and takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

7. General

We may update these terms; the current version is always at coralcleanpaphos.com/terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
