1. Who we are

CoralClean is a trading brand of AELIRA LTD (Cyprus company registration HE 490977), 9 Karpenisiou, Strovolos, 2021 Nicosia, Cyprus. AELIRA LTD is the data controller for personal data collected on this website. Contact: info@coralcleanpaphos.com or WhatsApp +357 99 255 303.

2. What data we collect

• Early-bird / booking form: your name and a contact detail (WhatsApp number or email), plus the service you're interested in and your chosen language.
• Direct contact: anything you send us via WhatsApp, phone, email or the website chat.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to serve and protect the site. We use Google Ads conversion tracking, which may set cookies (see section 5).

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

• To contact you about the cleaning service you requested and confirm your early-bird discount — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To operate, secure and improve the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Advertising measurement cookies — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), where required.

We only contact you about your clean. We do not send marketing newsletters, and we never sell your data.

4. Where your data goes

Form submissions are delivered to us via our notification providers (Telegram and/or Resend for email) and are then handled by our team. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These providers act as data processors. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Cookies & tracking

The site uses Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Tag) to measure whether our advertising works. This may set cookies and share limited usage data with Google. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing any site functionality. We do not use tracking for any other purpose.

6. How long we keep data

Early-bird and enquiry details are kept until we have handled your request and, if you become a customer, for as long as needed for our service relationship and legal obligations (e.g. Cyprus tax law for invoicing data). If you never become a customer, we delete your enquiry data no later than 12 months after our last contact.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@coralcleanpaphos.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the service develops. The current version is always available at coralcleanpaphos.com/privacy.
